Draigons Den Winter Dragon Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to residents of the UK, aged 18 or older.

• Employees of Draigons Den and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Entrants must be genuine customers of Draigons Den.

Competition Period:

• The competition begins on the date specified on the competition page and ends on 9th December. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

• Entrants must leave a review on Facebook or TrustPilot and submit their email address via the entry form provided on the competition page.

• Entrants who submit reviews on both Facebook and TrustPilot will receive two entries, doubling their chance to win.

• Entries must include all required information as outlined on the competition page. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Prize:

• The winner will receive one small Winter Dragon fidget toy, as described on the competition page.

• Postage within the UK will be covered by Draigons Den. The competition is open to UK residents only.

• The prize is as stated and is not transferable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries submitted within the competition period.

• The decision of Draigons Den is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be announced on Draigons Den’s blog and social media pages. Winners will also be contacted via the email provided in their entry form.

• The winner should contact Draigons Den at draigonsden@gmail.com to claim their prize.

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their names and any competition entry content for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Data Protection:

• Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior consent.

Entry Conditions:

• Multiple entries per person are allowed if specified on the competition page; each entry must be unique (one for Facebook and one for TrustPilot).

• Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.

Competition Changes:

• Draigons Den reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or major external disruptions.

Liability:

• Draigons Den is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.

• Draigons Den accepts no liability for entries lost, delayed, or unusable due to technical or connectivity issues.

Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

Agreement:

• By entering, participants confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions.

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms used for the competition. All information is provided to Draigons Den, not to any other party.
